Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hearts & Horses reserves the right to cancel the event before or on September 16, 2019​. Should this happen, Hearts & Horses will return in full all registration fees paid. Hearts & Horses will NOT be responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred. A fee of $100 will be charged for any cancellations up to September 15, 2019. There will be NO REFUNDS after September 15, 2019.
