Presenter: Savanna Phelan-Jones,  Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County Training and Volunteer Coordinator

HFT (Hope for Today) is an adult suicide prevention training through the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County. This training discusses warning signs and risk factors for suicide, how to talk about mental health, and how to go about helping someone who may be experiencing suicidal ideation. Delivered by two presenters who safely navigate their own stories of suicide attempt and loss throughout, the presentation lasts 1.25 hours with time for questions following.
