As a PATH Intl. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hearts & Horses reserves the right to cancel the event before or on April 15, 2017, if registration minimum is not met. Should the workshop/certification be cancelled, all paid registrations will be refunded in full. Hearts & Horses will NOT be responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred.
